I am on an antispychotic/mood stabilizer, an anticonvulsant/mood stabilizer, and an antidepressant. Are any mood stabilizers safe?
What medications for bipolar disorder are safe to use in pregnancy? Are any antipsychotics safe?

There are few studies done on medications safe to take but haldol could be a possibilty also zoloft. I personally took celexa and had no side effects and it helped with the mood swings and all the changes. I was once prescribed haldol and it worked amazing but your safest bet if you cannot do haldol woul d be to wait until after first trimester because the options are a little wider. I hope that this helps you. I do know how frustrating it can be to try and balance mental health and the health of your unborn child good luck!
