Pill imprint Logo V.5 has been identified as Valacyclovir hydrochloride 500 mg.
Valacyclovir is used in the treatment of cold sores; herpes simplex, suppression; herpes zoster; multiple sclerosis; herpes simplex, mucocutaneous/immunocompetent host (and more), and belongs to the drug class purine nucleosides. There is no proven risk in humans during pregnancy.
Valacyclovir 500 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.

The pill is circle and white. It has 44 at that top and 104 at the bottom. Plain on the other side.
