I found a small round light yellow pill on my daughters bedroom floor. It has the letters "Do" inside of a sectagon on one side. Does anyone know what this is?

... The letters look like OPO, CPC or GPG. The letters are in one row with the numbers just below them.

It is a small, round pill with WPI on one side, and P on the other side. There are no numbers on the pill at all. All letters are capital letters.

Its a whit pill with like a backwards 6 and the letters HF. Number and letters are in the color blue.
