Pill imprint Heart has been identified as Aspirin enteric coated 81 mg.
Aspirin is used in the treatment of angina; back pain; pain; heart attack; ischemic stroke (and more), and belongs to the drug classes platelet aggregation inhibitors, salicylates. FDA has not classified the drug for risk during pregnancy.
Aspirin 81 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.

pill has no other identifiers such as numbers. there is just a heart imprinted on one side and the other side is blank. color is a light yellow
