Could it be: Pill imprint F 12 has been identified as Paroxetine hydrochloride 30 mg.

Paroxetine is used in the treatment of anxiety; depression; anxiety and stress; obsessive compulsive disorder; generalized anxiety disorder, and belongs to the drug class selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors. There is positive evidence of human fetal risk during pregnancy.

Paroxetine 30 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.

If no, please have it checked by taking it across a pharmacy, take care!

Like Rajive I am wondering if this could not be F12, it is an oval pill Paroxetene hydrochloride strength 30mg color blue shape:oval it has an F on one side and a 12 on the other, as he said if this is not it you might take this to the pharmacy and have them have a look at it.

FR pills are often OTC pills - possibly a cold remedy of some type.

Your best bet would be to see if your local pharmacy can id.

Made by Ultralab.
