What is this pill - very small, barrel shape, no imprint?

Sorry, there's no way to ID a pill without an imprint. All Rx and OTC drugs in the US are required by law to have an imprint, otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit.

This pill is blue and imprint on one side is "M" and on the othe is "L11"?

the shape is almost barrel..(more rounded sides). It is supposed to be for thyroid... Please enlighten me.
