What is this pill - large gray oblong?

- pill id
It is broken in half, so I cannot make out the imprint. Looks like 200 or 2000 on one side and either 69 or 59 on the back. Its really large and kind of looks like a vitamin, but its not.

I'm sorry I can't id your pill without a complete imprint - however I did search gray oblong tablets with both 69 and 59 and couldn't find anything. Is it possible your pill is foreign, a natural product or dietary supplement?
