Ordered modafinil from an overseas pharmacy. The package state Trydrugs Pharmaceuticals. The drug is listed as Eszopilicone 2 mg tablets. The tablets are white and round without an inscription. Is this modafinil/provigil?
What is this drug? Is it Modafinil?

Hey gibsonlady,
I have checked and the closest thing i can find is:
Eszopiclone, marketed by Sepracor under the brand-name Lunesta, is a nonbenzodiazepine hypnotic used as a treatment for insomnia.
I would be very leary on this one. You might try taking it to a pharmacist, but they maybe reluctant to help as it is from another country. Modafinil comes in much higher milligrams, such as 100 and 200 mg tablets. So I seriously doubt that what you have is modafinil.
Best wishes,
Laurie

Thanks Laurie for your help. Eszopilicone is the name listed on the packet I received. That makes me feel better that I didn't receive something that was totally off the wall! Thanks again!
