... have taken tylenol/cod #4 for 5 years and i think that i have had enough tylenol so i want an opiate w/o tyl. i'd like something a little stronger thsn 4.88 oxy. i've heard of hydrocodone 7.5 w/ibu 200 and oxy 5 w/ibu 400 but is not a lot of ibu bad for the heart after a long time ? please tell me there is something strong w/asp. wouldn't this be better for me than tylenol #4 ? thanks, john d, pa
