You only need to take the medicine at night for bed wetting.
If you take it during the day, when it is not needed, you are likely to experience side effects (stomach pain, nausea, headache) & become excessively thirsty which can lead to water intoxication ( a potentially serious condition where a patient drinks water faster than they can process it).
It should only be taken as directed by your doctor.
