KADIAN 20mg is a highly addictive med., please seek medical advice before it is self medicated. KADIAN is a an opioid agonist and a Schedule II controlled substance, with an abuse liability similar to other opioid analgesics.

The prescription could be once or twice a day, however a specialist doc would give you more accurate info.
