The recommended starting fluvoxamine dose is 50 mg once a day. This dose may be slowly increased or decreased depending on how you respond to the medication. However, your fluvoxamine dosage should not exceed 300 mg once a day. Fluvoxamine dosing can vary depending on several factors, such as your age, other medical conditions you may have, and other medications you may be taking.
For fluvoxamine to work properly, you have to take it as prescribed. Fluvoxamine will not work if you take it in a way other than how your healthcare provider prescribed it.

I am using (300mg fluvoxamine per day, 100mg lamotrigine per day, 0.5mg Respiridone per day and Sertraline-Hydrochloride 50mg per day) to treat {what my psychiatrist described as} combination of depression, OCD and bipolar disorder.
I have started taking psychiatric medication 5 years ago. (fluvoxamine was always present among my medicines)
