I'd ask your doctor. If the med isn't working well and you need such a high dosage, then maybe it's not the right med for you. Honestly only a doctor can answer this question as there are different dosages for different situations, such as day time fatigue or ADD. Two totally different things. Hope that it all works out for you and that the doc has some good advise!
