Enbrel which had been wonderful failed after 9 years and caused me to have a very high ANA 1:1280. Had always been negative before. Enbrel had been wonderful until then. I cannot take another TNFI due to ANA elevation. I am becoming discouraged due to 6 weeks after second Rituxan infusion and no improvement. My husband has to help me dress some days. I don't want to be disabled. I am a nurse practitioner and want to keep working.

From the few reviews listed on this site it appears that Rituxan does show its effects quite fast, if it is to work.
