Estratest is no longer available from the supplier of my health insurance. What can my doctor prescribe to replace it?
What is the generic for Estratest? Is there a replacement drug?

I am not sure if there is still a generic Estratest available.
You will need to discuss this with your doctor.
However there is a huge range of hormone tablets, creams, patches and vaginal rings available. Your doctor will be able to choose what is most appropriate for you.

I took Estratratest for several years was told by pharmacists and 2 different gyno's that there was no generic and I miss it! I've tried several others since March of 2010 and have not had any luck. Am currently on Evamist-it is a spray, but you never know when you're going to run out. Effects are NOT as good as Estratest either.
