I was on Gleevec for 21/2 yrs. & have to change due to anemia & low platelet counts. My dr. changed to sprycel but the dosage he gave me is 100mg 1x a day-not the 50 mg. 2x a day I have noticed others are on. Just wondering why 2x a day? Work better that way? Or less side effects? After the side effects I got from Gleevec (nausea, weight loss ect.) I'm a little scared to try Sprycel.
