Hi, i though i'd answered this last night?
Anyway, it depends if you are using it for motion sickness or to aid sleep. A standard adult dosage is 50mg. Either 2 tablets of the original strength or one of the extra strength. The maximum mg you can take in 24 hours is 300mg. This is based on a healthy adult dose, if you are younger, if your weight is below or above average, or if you are on other meds, check with a pharmacist before taking this
