You should specify the dosage with your doctor. The product information sheet recommends taking 4 tablets 3 or 4 times a day of the Lactinex Tablets (cat. no. 236850), or one packet 3 or 4 times a day of the Lactinex Granules (cat. no. 236712). However, it is not stated if this dose for adults or children
