What is the different in giving patient a Humolog and Humulin R as insulin infusion?

Humalog is a very fast acting insulin. It takes effect in less than 30 minutes and reaches peak after 60 to 90 minutes and lasts 3 to 5 hours.
Humulin R is a short acting insulin. It takes effect within 30 to 60 minutes and reaches peak after 30 to 60 minutes and lasts 5 to 7 hours.
