I have taken 20mg with the oc on back and now i have the 30mg with op on back and the 20 mg seem to be more effective so i was curious to the difference

There is no difference in the active ingredient, oxycodone. The OP version is replacing the OC to help prevent accidental over doses. The OP is tamper proof. If someone tries to cut, crush, chew, snort the new version, it renders the oxy useless. When taken as directed, the pain relief should be the same. The OC will no longer be available as pharmacies must restock with the OP medication. I'm still researching the information about the various strengths and if it's accurate about misuse voiding the oxy all together or just partially.
