What is the difference in Norco apap 5-325, Vicodine 5-500, and apap 10-325?

There is no difference when it comes to them all being hydrocodone regardless. Norco is on the other hand a stronger version of vicodin as far as the mgs go 5-325 and 10/325 are norco and the 10's are stronger by 5 more mgs they both also contain less tylenol. Vicodin 5/500 is a less stronger version and has more tylenol in it. Hope this was helpful michelle.
