Homatropine is an anti-muscarinic and is used in a syrup usually along with hydrocodone for temporary relief of cough.
Promethazine is an anti-histamine and can be used to treat a wide range of conditions such as allergy/hayfever, urticaria (itches), emergency allergic reactions, motion sickness and as a premedication.
