Polysporin is the brand name for a product containing bacitracin zinc and polymyxin B sulfate.
Neosporin is the brand name for a product containing neomycin sulfate, polymyxin B sulfate and bacitracin zinc.
They are both antibiotics used to treat infections and are available in several topical dosage forms ie eye drops, cream etc.
Neosporin contains neomycin which is not present in polysporin.
