what is the difference between ms contin and oxycotin?

MS Contin is sustained release morphine while Oxycontin is sutained release oxycodone.Oxycodone is rated as 1.5 times stronger then morphine.Morphine is the better in my opinion because if you're on it for a long time you can raise the dose forever really were as oxycodone would become toxic at some level.I personnaly found morphine to be the better all round drug...
