What is the difference between ferrous sulphate and ferrous fumarate?

Nothing really - Ferrous fumarate and ferrous sulphate will deliver the stated amount of ferrous ion (iron). They are just different salt forms.

All supermarkets sell Iron tablets 14mg for so cheap and what is the difference in a prescribed ones witch does cost a lot more..
