What is the difference between Diltiazem 24HR er 120 mg and Diltiazem 24HR CD 120 mg.

Very little.
They both contain the same active ingredient and are the same strength.They both are long acting preparations (ER stands for extended release and CD stands for controlled delivery).
They may contain different inactive ingredients.

I was just given Cardizen CD(Diltiazem 24hr ER 180mg ) to take every day in place of Toperal XL?

I had complained of extreme tiredness. Will this elimate my fatigue and treat my high blood pressure and afib as effectively?

Atrial Fibrillation - I'm on 180mg Diltiazem and just started taking 50mg Tambocor. Have high BP?
