What is the difference between 10/325 and 7.5/500 percocet?

The first number is the narcotic Oxycodone and the second number is the Acetaminophen (Tylenol). So with the 7.5/500 that's 7.5 Oxy and 500 Acet. And the other would be 10mg Oxy and 325mg Acet. The 10 of course is the stronger med
