The instructions say not to use an antiperspirant or deoderant while using Drysol but I have thought about this and can't see why...
It would be best to avoid an antiperspirant but I can't see how a deoderant (which just masks the smell) will interfere with the Drysol.
Try using a mild deoderant and see if it makes the Drysol less effective.
Would be keen to hear how you get on.
Good luck.
