I had nissan fundiplication in 1997, the symptoms returned after 11 years! I have had 6 months of losec to no effect, ranitidine worked for a while but some symptoms are returning, thought I may be taking it at wrong time! Reflux is not so severe this time, and I am still able to eat early in the day, but pain and discomfort are very distressing.
