My girlfriend uses desoximetasone topical and it seems to be working good. However, she cant not get it anymore due to insurance lapse. Can anyone help please?

Desoximetasone is a very potent steroid cream. There will be nothing as strong and as effective over the counter.
Talk to your pharmacist for other options.
