Due to amount of studies(exams & projects) i have to do, i usually find myself constantly waking overnight and during the day i am really exhausted. What multivitamins and supplements would you recommend to help me concentrate more during my studying hours and help reduce exhaustion. I checked a local pharmacy where i live and they recommend Biostrat, Brain Vita & Seven Seas Multi Spectrum. Which would you recommend and what other recommendations do you have in mind. Thanks.

So sorry this has taken so long to answer! Your exams are probably over by now!
They sound good to me. In general a good combination multi-vitamin preparation to take daily is recommended, along with a high dose B supplement for stress and energy and something to help boost brain power, if available. Your pharmacist or health shop specialist is the best person to talk to for advice.
