What is the average time to quit smoking once starting Chantix?

I haven't taken Chantix myself but know that some people have stopped smoking in about 8 to 10 days.

Hi wish,I had to quit.that may have made it easier,chantix is what I used- it took me 6 weeks.I used licorice,the candy,and just stopped listening to the quit date babble.I really never thought I would do it but I did and if you want this you will get there.the only thing is the drug itself can cause some problems,you noticed?how long have you been on the drug? You really have to weigh the amount of time you are on the chantix and the outcome you want.I think for me chantix was the only hope.I wish you much luck,don't give up! If you have to stop now,wait,and then try again in 6 months ,better read up on that.you know you want to quit,rite?it also would be helpful if you had a partner in crime.you feel soooooooo good about your self when you get there,c.
