Sorry, you are best to ask your pharmacist. They will be able to look at the date on the bottle and give you a good idea.

Have you checked your bottle for an expiry date?

I think you should be able to see an expiration date on the bottle. You can call a pharmacy or infact the manufacturer. Can you remember when you used it last. Does it look old like has it seperated like a thicker texture on the bottom and clear on top. The may give you a sign that it is expired. Well I have run out of ideas good. luck

ask your pharmacist for this information...

a majority of pills are good for a year then they drasticly drop in effectiveness (pharmacist said this when i worked in a pharmacy). This could possibly be the minority however
