What is the action of digoxin as a positive inotrope and negative chronotrope?

Positive Inotrope - increases force of contraction.
Negative Chronotrope - decreases heart rate (reduces conduction through the AV node)

So digoxin increases the force of contraction of the heart while decreasing the rate at which the heart contracts.
