I am 19 and have never used birth control. But will start using Apri pretty soon. I am just a little worried about the side effects and weight gain since I have never used birth control. Do you guys recommend anything different?
What is that age range that most people are using this Birth Control?

You need to think hard about whether you are ready to take an oral contraceptive pill. They are not without risks or side-effects ... but certainly have benefits.
You should not take them unless you are completely happy with your decision. In the meantime you can use condoms or abstinence!

Please be sure about the pill before you start taking it. These days you still need to use a condom to protect yourself from wanted diseases. A short story my brother years ago went off on a 40 year itch left his wife, came home 1 year later remarried his wife 2 years later found out he was hiv positive got it from a female hooker no lie and died 4 years later a condon could have saved his pig head. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Hope this helps you make a decision. By the way his wife never contracted the disease thank god. Missy
