As far as the hydrocodone dosage they are the same 7.5mg. The acetaminophen is different. I believe the Lortab has 500mg acetaminophen and the Vicoden contains 750mg acetaminophen. So perhaps the Vicodin is a bit stronger as it has a higher dosage of acetaminophen but I really dont think you will notice much difference in the two. They do have a Lortab and Vicodin HP that are 10mg hydrocodone (and 500mg acetaminophen, I think). I know they have a 10mg hydrocodone but not absolutely sure on the acetaminophen content on those doses.
