I have had ongoing ocassional problems with insomnia over the past 10 years. Whenever it hits it absorbs my thoughts constantly! I have tried Sonata in the past but it makes me feel yucky the next day, I have used Klonopin and it seems to work I have also tried xanax one time and was able to fall asleep. I hate taking anything, but I hate laying awake obsessing over the fact that I cannot sleep. I don't want to become dependent on anything. So I was wondering what is recommended xanax, ativan or klonopin. Thanks!
