16yrs old with a fever of 100.4 sore throat and chils

Chloraseptic spray or lozenges, warm salty water gargles, and try 1 tylenol and 1 advil or alternate every 4 hours, tylenol first, it works better for fever and then advil the next dose, it works better for pain. If not better tomorrow or tomorrow night, have teen checked for strep and h1n1.
