I got Verapamil HCL SR CAPS 240 mg
What is difference between Verapamil ER and SR?

If I was you I would call my physician's office. Medco fills thousand of prescription refills every day. This could be a mistake. Or maybe your doctor changed your RX.. Good catch on your part.
