What is difference between claritin and clarinex and allegra.

I take high blood pressure meds and want to make sure its ok to take one of these for sinus trouble.

They are all very similar antihistamines and are safe to take even if you have hypertension.
The active ingredients in each are:
Clarinex - desloratadine (and is the active metabolite of loratadine)

I am currently taking Clarinex but I would like to switch to Claritin since it's cheaper and over the counter.
