What is best way to take lovaza so you don't belch the fish oil all day and night?

Lovaza is fish oil(how much do you take?), you can take it on an empty stomach, but if you are belching it, try taking with your meals, or a glass of milk, or spread it out over the day, the drug company recommends to take in the morning and evening, if you are suppose to take 2 a day, take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. I have been on it for over a month and it hasn't bothered me. I do have a lot of stomach problems, so I am surprised. Hope these suggestions help.
