I was originally on concerta at 36 mg and loved the improved sleep, focus on tasks at hand and ext. I got off and started adderol concentrate then XR, i feel anxiety at times and agitation that the 15mg might not be enough.. any ideas?

Talk to your Dr about increasing you to 30mg of Adderall XR. 15mg is a lower dose. The 30 mg Adderall XR might work better for you if the 15mg is not quite cutting it. Was there a reason you didnt go back to the Concerta? Concerta 36mg is what my 16y/o son takes and it works quite well for him.

well after taking the concerta... i felt bad about taking it... i have no idea why.. part of my anxiety i guess.. i loved how concerta was allowing me not to have unwanted thoughts and i just simply did more everyday but i didnt want to get the doses too high .. i switched to the adderol concentrates.. and since then it hasnt been working. alot of focus but anxiety is worse.. would it be possible to simply just get right back on concerta even with the adderol being what my body got used too?
The doc I worked for would take kids off ADD or ADHD meds that they had been on for a very long time and change it. I would like for you to talk to your doc and tell him how you are feeling and could you go back to the concerta w/o and problems. All docs are diffrent and so are people, as the saying goes ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL! Von-1 Good luck
