What is (are) the differences between methylin and amphetamine salts in the treatment of ADD?

Hello m7gic77. Difficult to answer your question, only because Methylin is a brand name, whereas amphetamine is a substance found in other brand name such as Adderall. Maybe I'm not on the right track in as much likely, they would compare in some ways. Side effects when it comes to CNS drugs often are similiar but can at the same time, effect the patient in a much different manner. Dosage, the one pill/capsule per day, say versus one or more per day makes a difference to say the least. I might suggest is you ask your doctor or pharmacist what they think is the difference, is or might be. Best of wishes along with good health to you,pledge
