Amitriptyline is used in the treatment of anxiety and stress; depression; pain; insomnia; migraine prevention (and more), and belongs to the drug class tricyclic antidepressants. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.
Amitriptyline 25 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.

The only imprint is a "d" on one side, maybe a "p" if you rotate it. That is all for the imprint. It is light yellow and round.

What is this pill - with '81' imprint also yellow in color and round the 81 is carved into the pill?
The pill has a dull finish on clearly stamped 81 other side is blank yellow round and the size or normal pill like aspirin I was told it was Valium ...
