Pill imprint MP 273 has been identified as Phentermine hydrochloride 37.5 mg.
Phentermine is used in the treatment of obesity; weight loss and belongs to the drug classes anorexiants, CNS stimulants.
Phentermine 37.5 mg has a low potential for abuse. The drug has a currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States. Abuse of the drug may lead to limited physical dependence or psychological dependence relative to the drugs in schedule 3.

Its blue and eliptical and on the reverse is the number imprint: 273. Found a lot of RDY and other numbers but not RDY and 273.
