Hello,

Pill imprint 4212 V has been identified as Methocarbamol 750 mg.

Methocarbamol is used in the treatment of muscle spasm; opiate withdrawal; tetanus and belongs to the drug class skeletal muscle relaxants. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.

Methocarbamol 750 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.
