What is a good way to reduce Fluvoxamine after being on it for 7 years please?

Thank you for your answer. I saw a psych. & he said to go off them at 2 weekly intervals by 50mg (taking 250) and I have reduced it twice but getting massive w/drawal & wondering whether it is too fast. Will have to see my GP as suggested and see if it is too much.
