I am thinking 60 MG. phenobarbital or luminal. This is because of work related sleep problems. Unexpected shift changes, "simi-mandatory overtime." We should return to normal in a month or so.
What is a good short term sleeping pill(not Lunesta or Ambien)?

Thanks, years ago my DR. wrote me a couple of scripts.I was working on a seismic gun boat, every 13. something seconds the guns detonated for sea bottom readings. Restoril did the trick. I'd forgotten. Thanks, Psyched. JimT.
