I have tried a couple of products such as niacin but it made my insides fill like they were on fire and that was an unpleasant feeling for me. I get what they call boils every so often and that is caused by impurities and doctors told me I need to clense my body every so often and it will stop. I would prefer something natural and also something that can help get rid of excessive fluids. Does anyone have any suggestions. It would be greatly appreciated because I'm not one to take these prescribed drugs the dr.'s give you.

Antibacterial soap/antiseptic wash and good hygeine are also recommended to help prevent boils.
Or you could try talking to your pharmacist or health store. Good luck.
