What is a cold water extraction in apap tylenol?

I am not an expert at IV drug use, but I think the cold water wash referred to someone trying to tell someone else how to get the acetamiophen out of the hydrocodone pills in order to inject them. I have read this is not a good thing and can cause serious problems and death. I could be wrong on that, but am unaware of methadone wafers containing any tylenol, so, I kinda deduced that is what is going on. There are conversion charts on the net for hydrocodone to methadone and should be some here, join the methadone group here and read some old posts, someone is bound to have mentioned it. I hope someone else will answer the conversion part for you, but I caution you that I do think the lady answering is talking about a way to inject the pills. Be careful as this is a dangerous thing to give advice about if what I suspect is true is the reason behind the post. Clarify it with the original poster to make sure.
